I’m pretty sure China doesn’t have states and that Beijing and Shanghai are cities. I have been to both cities. Shanghai was very hot when I went, but there were lots of nature things to see while you’re driving on the road. The food is okay, but personally I enjoy eating food in Beijing more. Honestly, Beijing was the best for me because there are so many things to do, shop, eat, and go sightseeing. There are a lot of interesting buildings and you can see the Bird’s Nest! Beijing is a lot of fun.

Someone once pointed out that the healthcare costs of premature babies is skyrocketing out of control. Well, we have to pay it! What do we want, the human species to die out? Same with the rivers. We cannot live without water. So isn’t it in China and India’s governments interest to clean up the rivers and prevent their pollution so that you don’t have people dying? You have to find a way!!

Despite the fact that U.S. is still the leader in pollution, China will soon surpass us as they continue to industrialize. It’s not just the rivers that are worrisome…you have air pollution, depleting vital resources, endangering species…especially in our oceans. They economy has improved and their population is stabilizing, which is good, but at what cost?

We are going on our first cruise. I have taught my daughter that when she traveled (To India, Costa Rica, and Equator) that she should always have something for children when she travels. Canada is not a poor country, but would it be a good idea to carry pens, pretty pencils or pencils with soccer balls, etc. for children we meet? Any suggestions?
BTW, A dear friend told me when I was 19 that when I travel, I am an ambassador of the US. For some people, I may be the only American that they meet. I realize that I am stopping at a popular stop for a cruise ship, however, this lesson still sticks with me.

In India they want money….not pens and pencils, also you will see that most places have a satellite dish (TV) on their roofs so don’t be surprised if your not the first American person they have met, believe me there have been many before you. As with most cruise ship stops the people will have tried and tested ways to part you from your money just don’t be gullible and remember even though you are on vacation don’t drop your guard with respect to safety.
May i suggest you take something with your countries flag on it.
In India don’t be saddened by the young age of the beggars apparently it’s part of an organised group of children, and never have your shoes cleaned that is a scam as well.

JERUSALEM, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) — Indian Army chief General Deepak Kapoor is in Israel for talks with senior Israeli officials amid Israeli efforts to bolster military ties and export military hardware, local daily The Jerusalem Post reported Sunday.
Kapoor, who arrived in Israel on Saturday, will hold talks with Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Chief of General Staff Gabi Ashkenazi as well as other senior Israeli officials, including Defense Minister Ehud Barak, said the report.
During his four-day visit, Kapoor will also visit the IDF’s Southern Command, it added.
Israel and India enjoy close defense ties and last year Israel overtook Russia as the number-one supplier of military platforms to India, said the newspaper.
According to press reports, India is interested in working withIsrael on submarine-launched cruise missiles, ballistic missile defense systems, laser-guided systems, satellites as well as unmanned aerial vehicles.

Yeah kind of. Israel is the second largest importer of military technology to China. I think their relationship kinda slowed when Israel didn’t sell the advanced AWAC to China. China improved a lot under Jewish influence. Especially the economy. Even the fourth richest guy in China is Jewish. His name is Michael Kadoorie. China kisses some serious Jewish @$ $ . Maybe, we can never be sure. Last time I saw such posts was when the Olympics were being organized. A lot of similar questions were doing the rounds, and it seemed like Chinese Communist Party has launched a major drive to boost its image and lot of trolls with level 1 or 2 account asking trollish questions and answering trollish. In recent week I have seen another spurt of such activity. In fact some of these trolls have copied the profile of one “Mr Hex Vision” who is a top answerer in China category.
I do not know what is going on, but maybe you are right. I smell they are up to something.

Pearl River / Zhu Jiang = 2,200 km (1,368 mi.)
