Question by Robin: how does a man from peru apply hs visa of china if he cant go back to peru?
He works on a cruise ship and he can’t go back to Peru. He wants to disembark at Hongkong and go to Beijing.

It is 30 days visa free for Peruvian to visit HK.
When he is in HongKong, he can apply for a China visa there. HongKong is almost the easiest place to apply for China visas.
