China is mass producing J-10 and J-11B fighters along with Russian made Su-27s and Su-30MKK. The J-10 fighters are equipped with infrared sensors to detect stealth fighters like F-22 which still produces heat through friction. A J-10 Fighter can pull 9+ G while a F-16 can only pull 7 G. China is developing advanced cruise missiles, Aegis destroyers, and submarines.

They have always been doing that its called staying in front of the game. You don’t build up your arsenal when your in war you build it up before that so in case war breaks our your ready.
